| | | | | 3. | New members to the Club will be on one month’s ‘trial’. If at the end of that month the Committee feel that their standard of play is not up to the level required by the club, they will be advised of alternative clubs. | | 4. | The maximum playing membership of the Club will be 40 unless otherwise altered at an AGM. | | 5. | Thursdays - 2 courts for 3 hours 7 - 10, 1 court for 2 hours 7 | | 6. | The Club’s activities will be organised by a General Committee elected annually at the AGM. Any Club member is eligible to serve on this committee. | | 7. | The Team Captains shall be elected at the AGM by the attendees. | | 8. | The Teams shall be chosen by the team Captains whose decision is final. The Team Captains are responsible for filling in and sending the score cards and collecting match fees. | | 9. | Match and club night fees should ALWAYS be paid on the night of play. |
